I've really neglected this blog in the past few months (few is putting it nicely) - I have good excuses but I don't want to bore you. Instead I want to tell you to keep sending your requests, I will be doing new requests shortly.

It's so amazing, I could go on forever with the features but I gotta get back to work on all the things that we are adding! REally, I'm not kidding, I have a team and we are CONSTANTLY, DAILY! Working on new features and maintaining the system for the members.

NEWS UPDATE + Custom Logo Design For 3rd September 2007

I've done a few re-arranging of the elements on this blog but have noticed a sharp decrease in logo requests since doing so, If some of you find this new design intimidating, confusing or just ugly, let me know please by email at franco@media-discounters.com or leave a comment :). He requested a similar logo than I did for another website, I've tried to make it different as requested, please let me know if it's to your taste :0)

Also, I would like to take the opportunity to share with you another website that I am launching it's called Mr. Free Stuff and it's an attempt to group together the best no-nonsense free trials, free samples, free services (like this site) - into one site (currently it's a blog, I plan to expand it soon. It would be great if some of you dropped by to say hello and leave a comment. A great deal of effort goes into finding only the real free stuff, non of those scams, tricks or never ending "steps" to get a "free" product, I am really going for quality with that site. My Girlfriend deserves the credit for finding these free things, I handle the design/technical side :).

Hello everyone! I once again stand before you apologetic for the lack of updates :) ... your free logo dude is getting busier by the minute... this time however I'll try and make up for the lack of updates by making 2 winners instead of 1... please find both logos below.. I hope you like them :)

One project that has been keeping me very busy is one where I am managing all the technical support and development. It's an exciting Blogging / CMS solution for non-techies to launch and manage fully-fledged Web 2.0 presence. First, I am humbled by the success of this blog... however what I feared when I first started it is happening now... The success of the blog is resulting in a constant influx of request that I can no longer keep up with. I enjoy doing this blog very much but the money I derive from it is not enough for me to put aside my other ventures, it's under 10$ per day.
I do appreciate those that make donations, but only about 2% of people donate.

Realisticaly I can make one FREE logo per day without it affecting too much my paid work.

When I first started this blog, I suggested that if I becam too busy that I may have to change the format and this is what I have come to the conclusion to do...

I apologize for the lack of updates and free logos being designed, I have been buried in other projects but please continue posting your project request, I will not do the backlog of logos as they might now be outdated request... so please comment on this post with your logo requirements and don't foget to post the link on your website / blog and I will do my best to do you logo in a timely manner.

I wish everyone happy holidays! Also a new year filled with success and good health.

I want to thank everyone who requested logos and posted links to this blog. It's been a very positive experience so far and I will continue this in the new year. I've met some wonderfull people and had alot of fun.

I do appologize for the lack of updates and to those that are waiting on some logos. It's been a hectic time but don't despair, you will get it, just keep checking back and don't forget to join the mailing list :)

This isn't aimed at anyone in particular but I'm getting many request for modifications to the logos that could be avoided is the description was more detailed when it was requested. I don't mind modifying them but it's time consuming so please try and be considerate and take a few moments to describe your logo as best you can, colors, etc so it will save me time.

I hope that sort of what you wanted? Oh and maybe just add my link if you don't know how to do the image... The path to the image is located by right-clicking on the image you want to use and selecting "properties" you'll see the path.

Don't forget to put the link to this blog BEFORE requesting a logo... I still get requests with no link up.

A few things...
1) I noticed that to get the full size image, all you have to do is click on it... so do that if you want the full size image of the logo I made for you :)
2)If you notice I didn't do your logo in a day or two... don't be afraid to post a comment in the last post and ask for it again, I might just have forgot about it... sometimes people post comments in previous posts so I might accidently overlook these requests.
3)Make sure to post the URL to the site that you want your logo for and to put a link on that page.
